Terms and Conditions
In line with all other accommodation providers, Cedar House has it's own policy regarding payments and cancellation of bookings. Please read our terms and conditions below.
Deposits and Payments
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. We require a deposit of £30.00 or 30% of the total cost of the stay to confirm the reservation. You will also have the option of paying the full amount .Payment has to reach us within 48 hours of making the booking. If you only pay a deposit the balance is due on arrival.
Cancellation policy
•If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the commencement date of the booking, 50% of the total cost of the stay will still be due.
•If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement date of the booking, 80% of the total cost will still be due.
•If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £10.00 administration fee.
Current Prices
Double Occupancy:
From £33.00 to £35.00 per person per night inclusive of full breakfast.
Single Occupancy:
From £45.00 to £50.00 per room per night inclusive of full breakfast.
Children Sharing £10.00 per night (ages baby - 10 years)
Children Sharing £15.00 per night (ages 11 - 15 years)
Children Sharing £20.00 per night (ages 16 - 18 years

Stay during the week for less. Minimum of 2 nights stay from Sunday through to Thursday. Please call for more details.
